A rare car has been discovered buried underground at Larkhill on the Salisbury Plains of the United Kingdom.

The MG-J2 that was discovered, was one of only 2,083 that every produced. Made from 1932 to 1934, the MG-J2 was a two-seater sports car that would become known as one of the most classic sports cars ever made.

The car was found in a weapons pit, and evidence suggests that it was in use until the 1960s. It was likely dismantled in order to make repairs but, for whatever reason, was buried.
